FROM THE ARTIST "Moving away bites. Spending your time cleaning up your domestic habitat, erasing your presence, in place you once called your home. Stumbling across the items you once thought of as frivolous and insignificant. You see them now in a different light, each item with a snapshot of memories you didn’t think would remain all this time later. The memories are sweet; the thought of them transporting you to a simpler time. But soon you find they leave a bitter taste in your mouth as you realize what time has passed. With the majority of your stuff packed up, only a cavernous echo fills the rooms. On your final night, you open one last box to find your old classic video games. The game station switches on with a flash, as familiar melodies fill your head. Here is your final trip to 8bit land."
